A fourth suspect in the Ira Beumer home invasion case has now pled guilty.
Eric Dunn pled openly to assisting a criminal, a C felony. He is facing two to eight years in jail and will be sentenced on January 23rd.
Dunn and three others were charged after police say they broke into Ira Beumer's home last year.
Beumer is set to go on trial in March. He is accused of ramming his truck into the car of those fleeing, killing one of the suspects and injuring another.
