A plea deal has been reached in the case of a suspect charged in a Vanderburgh County home invasion.

Jeton Hall pleaded guilty to burglary with serious bodily injury, criminal confinement and theft. As a part of the deal, the criminal gang enhancement charge was dropped.

Hall is facing 20-25 years and will be sentenced in January.

Hall and three others were charged after police say they broke into Ira Beumer's home last year.

Earlier this year, Dezmont Hogan and Nalakeio Bennet accepted plea agreements and were both sentenced to 40 years. The fourth suspect, Eric Dunn, is set to go on trial in January.

Authorities say Beumer chased the four men in his vehicle causing an accident that killed 22-year-old Atuan Jenkins. He will be on trial in March.
