Perry, Posey and Webster Counties have lifted their state of emergencies.
Officials say the extreme winter weather has diminished enough for roads to be passable.
A snow and ice emergency was declared on Friday when the winter storms blew through. Due to the amount of snow and ice, they said road crews were unable to keep the roadways clear for safe travel.
During that state of emergency, officials encouraged all drivers to not travel on the snow covered roadways unless it was absolutely necessary. No roadways were closed during the time period, officials just asked for residents to not travel.
Crews are still watching the roads and drivers are reminded to travel slow and cautious.
