AUBURN, AL (WSFA) -

As if the Auburn Tigers couldn't get any additional publicity following its historic, last-second win over the No. 1 Crimson Tide in last Saturday's Iron Bowl, Wednesday came more.

The cover of Sports Illustrated is now reserved for Auburn football player Chris Davis, the man who shocked everyone.

The photo of Davis, en route to a 109 yard victory, includes the Iron Bowl date and the phrase "War Damn Miracle".

The issue, available December 9, features an article by SI writer Andy Staples discussing the season and pondering the question of whether the season can get any crazier.

No. 3 Auburn plays No. 5 ranked Missouri in the SEC Championship game on Saturday, Dec. 7.
