A suspect charged in a Vanderburgh County home invasion has delayed accepting or rejecting a plea agreement.

14 News is told that Jeton Hall is still considering the formal plea agreement. Hall's defense attorney has indicated he will likely accept the agreement, but wanted more time to consider.

Details of the agreement will not be released.

He is charged with burglary, criminal confinement and theft.

Hall and three other men are accused of breaking into Ira Beumer's home last year. Authorities say Beumer chased the men in his vehicle causing an accident that killed 22-year-old Antuan Jenkins.

Hall is expected to be back in court on Friday.
