Jury reached verdict in Mecum murder trial

A verdict has been reached in the murder trial of Megan Mecum.

The jury found Mecum guilty of murder in the 2012 death of her estranged husband, Keith Vaughn.

Mecum was also found guilty of armed robbery, burglary, and theft.

There are two other suspects in the case.

In early November, Hubert Mayhugh was sentenced to 60 years in prison.

Hubert's cousin, James, has pleaded guilty. He is scheduled to be sentenced on December 30.
