Hopkins County Sheriff has arrested Craig Davenport in the case of Bo Hale.
Authorities determined Hale's death consistent with homicide and have charged Davenport with 2nd degree manslaughter, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Persistent Felony Offender.
He was arrested Tuesday night at his home on Reservoir Avenue in Central City.
Authorities say Davenport was the last person to see Hale alive and hid his body in a drainage pipe after a confrontation with Hale.
This summer, the sheriff's office confirmed bones found outside Madisonville were the remains of 42-year-old Bo Hale. Rains unearthed several bones, including a jaw bone which was used to confirm dental records.
