Haunted hot dog rolls into Evansville just in time for Halloweenie

The Oscar Meyer Wienermobile making an appearance in the Tri-State. Just in time for Halloween!

The iconic hot dog on wheels will have several fun events and appearances that will make this a very exciting 'Halloweenie' week in Evansville!

The "haunted hot dog" will be making several stops in the area:

Wednesday, Oct. 30:

  • 3-7pm Angel Mounds Corn Maze; 8215 Pollack Ave.

Thursday, Oct. 31

  • 4-8pm Trunk or Treat; 4400 Lincoln Ave.
  • 12-2pm Ronald McDonald House; 3540 Washington Ave.

Friday, Nov. 1

  • 1-6pm Schnucks Grocery Store; 4600 Washington Ave.

Saturday, Nov. 2

  • 10-3pm Schnucks Grocery Store; 4600 Washington Ave.

At these events we will have games set up for kids, picture opportunities with the Wienermobile, and indoor tours of the Halloween themed Hot Dog Hot Rod.

You will also be able to get your hands on the iconic wiener whistles, and even special glow in the dark whistles for this Halloween week only.

The Tri-State Food Bank will also be running a food drive during the Friday and Saturday events.

They will be raffling off a ride in the Wienermobile, with one raffle ticket being given out for every 5 items donated.

The winner will be announced during the Saturday event.
