Hopkins County city defaults thousands, city water in jeopardy

Officials in one Hopkins County city say the city's water is in jeopardy even though residents have paid their bills.

In a document given to 14 News, officials representing the South Hopkins Water District say the city of Earlington defaulted nearly $13,000 on its September and October water bills.
