LEBANON, IN (WAVE) - Prosecutors were expected to tell jurors during closing arguments on Tuesday that they can find David Camm guilty, even if they believe someone else pulled the trigger in the murders of his wife and two young children.

Seven years ago, serial felon Charles Boney was convicted of the 2000 shooting deaths of 35-year-old Kim Camm, 7-year-old Brad Camm and 5-year-old Jill Camm at the family's home in Georgetown, Indiana. Prosecutors can argue that David Camm aided and abetted Boney's crime.

David Camm's family says if he's found guilty, this trial will be thrown out on appeal as were his two previous trials in the same case. Camm's uncle, Sam Lockhart, said prosecutors offered no proof that David helped Boney during this trial, so any guilty verdict would provide grounds for an appeal.
