Suspect arrested in Owensboro explosion

OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE) -

Owensboro police have arrested a suspect in Tuesday's explosion on East 19th Street. 

39-year-old William Bowlds is charged with possession of a destructive device.

Officers say Bowlds detonated a homemade device in the middle of the street. No property damage or injuries were reported.  

He is being held in the Daviess County Detention Center on a $250,000 bond.

    A Henderson woman was arrested on drug trafficking charges. Police say they found 32-year-old Seana Schwartz hiding under a bed in an apartment on Fair Street.
