Hundreds of walkers will take over Garvin Park on Friday for childhood cancer research.
They're coming to walk not only for life saving research, but so that research can be shared.
Every day, 36 kids in the U.S. are diagnosed with cancer.
Cure Search works to break down research barriers and share life saving information among pediatric oncologists.
The walk is open to every family affected by cancer, as well as people who just want to make a difference.
Registration starts at 9:00 a.m. and the walk takes place at 10:00.
