It happened on the Rochester Dam between Drakesboro and Beechmont.

When first responders arrived, the sheriff's office say they found Teneka Edwards and David Tabb standing on the side of the overturned truck.

Deputies say rescue workers managed to get life jackets to Edwards and Tabb before extending a ladder from the bank to the truck.

Central City Fireman Kevin Tucker then made is way across the ladder to help the two victims get back to the bank.

We're told Tabb sustained minor injuries and deputies say Edwards appeared to be uninjured.

Deputies say Tabb has been with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and alcohol. The sheriff's office says they later located meth on Tabb and charged him with possession of a controlled substance.
