Illinois is a week away from a big game at Nebraska to open the Big Ten.

But first comes the kind of game that defensive end Tim Kynard says the Illini (2-1) sometimes looked past last season.

Illinois hosts Miami (Ohio) on Saturday. The Redhawks (0-3) are struggling in just about every area of the game.

But Kynard says last year's team learned the hard way not to overlook anyone. The Illini say they spent the bye week working to improve weak tackling.

Miami, meanwhile, will try to get its offense going after scoring 21 points in the season's first three weeks.
