A Chandler man is accused of embezzling over one hundred thousands dollars from business clients

Evansville Police and Secret Service investigators say they arrested 33-year-old Richard Bogacki after an investigation into allegations that he embezzled over $109,000 from business clients while he was employed as the Executive Director of Paragon Financial Services

Bogacki received advanced payments from clients to perform a variety of service that included debt settlements, rent payments, paying taxes, and other miscellaneous debts.

Authorities say Bogacki was also involved in fraudulent mortgage deals with clients.

There are multiple victims who have accused Bogacki of accepting payment for services he never completed and not returning their money when they ask him to return it.

Officials say the investigation showed Bogacki deposited the clients money into his personal bank accounts and then immediately withdrew the amount in cash.

Bogacki was arrested and charged with Embezzlement CL-C Felony.
