The former head of the Warrick County Fraternal Order of Police has accepted a plea agreement that will keep him out of jail.
Thirty-seven-year-old Terry Winkler was charged with 19 counts of theft after FOP officials say more than $20,000 was missing from their account back in March 2012.
As a part of that plea agreement Winkler pled guilty to two counts of theft.
He will serve two years on house arrest with an electronic monitoring device and two years probation.
Winkler must also repay the $21,000 by the end of the year.
