Owensboro Air Show: Friday activities canceled, Saturday events will go on

Owensboro Officials say the Friday activities at the Owensboro Air Show have been canceled due to weather.

Officials say that Saturday's activities at the Owensboro-Daviess County Regional Airport will go on as scheduled.

"Safety of the performers is our first priority," said Owensboro Mayor, Ron Payne. "Tomorrow's weather looks fantastic, and there's no question that the air show will go on as planned starting promptly at 1:00 p.m. tomorrow on our beautiful riverfront."
