ISP: Sisters arrested after fleeing police; attempting to ram cruiser

Indiana State Police, a Pike County deputy and an Indiana Conservation officer got more than they bargained for Tuesday afternoon after a report of an intruder turned into something completely different.

After officers arrived at the home in Velpen, they say they the home owner, 47-year-old Tina Winchell, grabbed her three-year-old daughter and hopped into a vehicle driven by her sister.   With law enforcement in pursuit, the chase reached speeds of 100 miles per hour.
