NEWBURGH, IN (WFIE) - Local health advocates want you to understand your Medicare options and there's a free lunch event happening Wednesday at the Ohio Township Central Library in Newburgh.
The Healthcare Education Learning Partners -or H.E.L.P.- is teaming up with the library to put this on.
They say with ObamaCare kicking in, people have had a lot of questions about how it will affect their health care. We're told the Lunch and Learn is a great time to ask those questions.
This program is geared toward seniors and helping them understand their options. They'll also cover how to select a Medicare Part D or Medicare Advantage Plan that fits your needs best.
It begins at the Central Library at noon on Wednesday. If you want to reserve a spot, or find out more about the program just call Diane Sprick at the library at 812-853-5468, ext. 303.
