The family of a young girl killed in train accident this month is speaking out after news the crossing is about to get much safer.
In a statement to 14 News, CSX says the railroad and INDOT are reviewing the crossing with the intention of installing warning devices as soon as possible.
"There's two sets of tracks. The corn is over six feet tall," said Daniel Bullock, the victim's uncle. "The potential for another accident means that another family may be going through that type of pain and that's what needs to stop."
