It's back to class for Tri-State college students this week.
Both the University of Southern Indiana and the University of Evansville are making headway on some big projects.
One of those big projects here at USI is the Teaching Theater.
It's almost done, in fact the topping off ceremony, that's when the final beam is placed on top of the building, is scheduled for September 5th.
Classes may start Monday, but students have been mulling around campus since last week.
Of course, USI isn't the only university heading back to class.
UE students start on Wednesday, and they're going to be coming back to some swanky living quarters.
The first of the new townhouses are finished on time.
Three of six buildings are done.
The other three should be done by January.
Inside, each townhouse will fit four students, and have new furniture, appliances, granite counter tops the works.
This year, UE will have about 540 students, that's a slight increase over last year.
USI enrollment numbers don't come out until this Saturday, but USI tells us there are nearly 10,000 students expected, and about 25% of them live on campus.
