Two arrested, accused of selling thousands of bootleg DVDs

Four people are under arrest in Indiana for allegedly selling thousands of bootleg DVDs. Two of them are from Evansville. 

Indiana State Excise Police officers arrested 56-year-old Daras Daras and 31-year-old Sameerah Daras. They are accused of selling unauthorized copies of the DVDs at Riverside One Stop in Evansville.

Arrested warrants were issued after excise officers seized approximately 1,175 bootleg DVD's back on May 21. 

Two others were arrested at stores in Indianapolis. At just one Indianapolis store, excise officers say they got more than 2,500 fraudulently recorded titles along with recording equipment.
