A man has been arrested after, Dubois County authorities say, he broke into a pair of homes and sexually assaulted a woman.

Huntingburg Police says it happened early Sunday morning at 609 E. Fifth St.

Police say they got a 911 call from a woman saying a man had broken into her apartment while she was sleeping.

She told police she woke up to find a man fondling her buttocks. She says she screamed and the man told her to "calm down" before he ran off.

Huntingburg Police say after hearing the woman's description of the suspect they identified him as 27-year-old Omega Revelation McCullagh.

Police went to McCullagh's home in Huntingburg, but he wasn't there. Authorities then checked another possible location. They found the back door of the house forced open.

Authorities say while talking to the homeowner they saw him through the home's front window and ordered him outside.

Police say the homeowner told them McCullagh did not have permission to be there.

McCullagh was arrested on two counts of Residential Entry, Class D Felony and one count Sexual Battery, Class D Felony.

McCullagh was taken to the Dubois County Security Center.
