On Monday morning in White County, IL., Thomas Davidson was charged with First Degree Murder and six additional charges.
Davidson is being charged with a total of four counts of first degree murder.
Denton Aud, the prosecuting attorney explains there are four different ways of charging the same offense.
Davidson is also being charged with one count of aggrivated battery with a firearm, one count aggrivated vehicle hijacking and one count aggrivated dishcharging of a firearm, for a total of 7 counts.
As a judge was in the middle of reading the charges, Davidson became disruptive. He used an expletive, called the judge, 'Bub' and told him to break things down so he could understand the charges.
The judge ordered Davidson to go back to jail, and postponed the hearing until about an hour later.
When Davidson came back a second time, he did not speak out of turn.
The 25-year old is accused of killing 58-year-old Sandra Burkhardt.
Her body was found near Crossville, IL. on Saturday night.
Burkhardt was last seen leaving the Walmart in Princeton, where she worked, Friday night.
The Gibson County Sheriff's Office says Davidson is connected to several crimes across the Tri-State, including Sandra's disappearance.
Authorities say Davidson was detained on Saturday afternoon in connection with burglaries in Warrick and Pike Counties, Sandra's disappearance and a shooting in Posey County.
Davidson was found and taken into custody in Pike County, four miles east of Pike Central High School in a wooded area. They found a hand gun in his possession.
He's now being held on a two million dollar bond. He could post bail at $200,000 cash.
The preliminary hearing for Davidson has been set for 10:30 a.m. on September 9th.
