On Monday, jury selection is set to begin in the third murder trial of former Indiana State Trooper, David Camm.
Last week, a judge ruled the defense can use DNA evidence compiled in the Netherlands.
The state had argued the evidence was not reliable.
Camm is accused in the deaths of his wife and two children, 13 years ago.
The defense says the new evidence proves Camm was not the killer.
The trial is being held in Boone County.
