A Gibson County Commissioner wants to stop any more crashes from happening at a railroad crossing near the Toyota Plant.
That cross on County Rd 550 S, is where a four-year-old girl was killed Tuesday morning.
Gerald Bledso is the President of the Gibson County Board of Commissioners.
He's lived in the area all his life and tells 14 News that he's seen enough accidents and they need to try to do something about it.
He is pushing to get a railroad crossing arm installed at the crossing on CR 550 S, where four-year-old Andrea Bullock was killed.
Bullock was in a minivan that was hit as it crossed the double set of tracks.
Two others were injured.
Commissioner Bledsoe says he's asked the Gibson County Attorney to send a letter to railroad company CSX expressing their concerns.
