Princeton Community High getting Google Chrome Books

Friday, Princeton Community High School students go back to school.

For the first time, they'll use Google Chrome Book computers, in and out of the classroom for various activities and homework assignments.

School officials say everyone is excited about the new technology.

"The students will be very skilled in technology for the most part and the staff is going to be responsible for making sure that it is used appropriately and that they are prepared as well as possible to use that to engage students in the classroom," says Eric Goggins with the North Gibson School Corporation.

The Chrome Books will be handed out to the students sometime during the second full week of school.
