An Evansville man is arrested on multiple counts of theft in Warrick County.

The Warrick County Sheriff's Office says they have arrested 30-year-old Joseph R. Mosley, of Evansville.

Mosley had been employed as a maintenance person at the Village at Hamilton Pointe Health Care Complex in Newburgh from February of 2013 until terminated as a result of the investigation by authorities.

The Warrick Prosecutor's Office says they filed 20 counts of Theft, a Class D felony against Mosley for allegedly unlawfully entering the private rooms of residents of the complex and stealing items such as jewelry, silverware and other valuables.

Authorities estimated the losses to exceed $200,000 in retail value to the victims.

"The Hamilton Pointe facility is an excellent business and health care provider to many residents in Warrick County.  The Management and the crime victims have been victimized by the position of trust that Mr. Mosley held and his lack of integrity," said Chief Deputy Marvin Heilman.

Mosley was arrested on Tuesday and taken to the Warrick County Jail.

Officials say there is no bond set on the warrant until an initial hearing in the Warrick Circuit Court.
