Police say man found passed out with hundreds worth in drugs

OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE) -

An Owensboro man is arrested on multiple drug charges.

Owensboro Police says on Sunday, around 6:00 p.m., a detective checked on a vehicle parked in the rear lot of the Moneytree, located at 1421 Triplett Street.

Officials says the vehicle was occupied by a man that was passed out in the driver's seat.

OPD says 22-year-old Central Holman, was in possession of suspected crack cocaine, marijuana, and items consistent with an ongoing trafficking operation.

Authorities say through Holman's arrest, the Owensboro Police Department removed illegal drugs estimated at $750 from the community.

Arrested and Charges:

Central E. Holman, 22.

  • Trafficking In Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (> or = 4 grams Cocaine) – Class C Felony
  • (2 counts) Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree, Drug Unspecified – Class A Misdemeanor
  • Possession of Marijuana – Class B Misdemeanor
