They are worked for several hours to put the flames completely out, but that wasn't the only battle the foungt. They were also battling the high heat and humidity.

The fire broke out around 3:00 Wednesday afternoon in the 6500 block of Happe Road.

Our crew that was on scene said the garage that is connected to the house, was completely destroyed. The outer walls of the home are still standing, but there might be some severe damage inside as well.

No one was reported to be hurt.

Investigators are still looking into what caused the explosion and if a lawn mower that was used and then stored in the garage just 30 minutes before the explosion caught fire, catching the car and then the entire garage on fire.
