Vigil for Carter

Kentucky State Police say the body of Carter Nall has been located and recovered by investigators.  Around 11:00 p.m., search crews found the three year old in the Ohio River near Union County.  An autopsy date is pending and the investigation is continuing.  Friends and loved ones held a vigil in Clay as crews searched for the young boy.  We'll have a live report on Sunrise.

Zimmerman Protests

People across the country are continuing to protest the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

Greer asked to Resign

Vanderburgh County is in need of an emergency management agency director. That's because Evansville Mayor Lloyd Winnecke has asked Sherman Greer to step down.

The Warrick County Fair is underway in Boonville. Nicole is live to let us know what is going on at the fairgrounds this week.

Hotter today with highs in the lower 90s. Shaping up to be the hottest week of the year to date. High pressure gliding east will pump up the humidity levels via southeast breezes. Temperatures in the lower to middle 90s all this week with a slim chance of isolated afternoon thunderstorms.
