Police: Man slashed vehicle tires, damages swimming pools

OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE) -

An Owensboro man was arrested on Thursday after complaints of slashed vehicle tires.

OPD was dispatched to the 4100 block of Rudy Martin Drive at around 5:00 A.M. on Thursday and completed approximately 25 reports of vandalism to vehicles in the area of Rudy Martin Drive, Fulkerson Drive, and Hoover Court.

Multiple above ground swimming pools were also damaged.

24-year-old, Johnathan Embry, of Owensboro, was arrested after investigation for two of the locations having damage constituting felony charges.

Additional charges are currently pending for the remaining victims.

Embry was sent to the Daviess County Detention Center and is being charged with two counts of Criminal Mischief to the 1st Degree, which is a Class D Felony.
