Former Madisonville teacher accused of multiple sex related crimes

A former Madisonville middle school teacher is out on bond Tuesday night, facing multiple charges including sex with a minor.

Hopkins County Jail officials tell 14 News 24-year-old Samuel Hann was arrested and charged with sodomy, sex with a minor and two other sex related crimes.

He was released Tuesday on $5,000 bond.

Hann was hired as a teacher at Browning Springs Middle School in 2011. He also served as the head middle school football coach at BSMS and head high school swim coach at Hopkins County Central High School for two years.
In the Spring of 2013 he moved to Florida to join the staff of Cecil Gray Middle School, where he was a 7th grade math teacher. 

He's listed as a teacher on the website of South Lake High in Groveland, Florida, where he was named the head swim coach.
Hann, a native or Russellville, Kentucky, attended Kentucky Wesleyan College where he played NCAA Division II Football.

Before he became a coach, he played semi-pro football with the Owensboro Wildcats.
