More than 30 bus loads of people are expected at the Henderson Courthouse this morning. The United Mine Workers Union plans to hold a rally over Patriot Coal's move to end its contract and reduce wages and benefits for active union members. Nicole is live at 5, 6 and 6:50 to tell us about today's plan, plus a look at street closures for the rally.
We have new information at 5 and 6 about a meth lab explosion that injured two people in Daviess County, KY. Deputies say the lab exploded in a vehicle and both inside were taken to the hospital. We'll have the names of the injured.
