Farewell to Fallen Officer

The funeral for fallen Bardstown, Kentucky police officer Jason Ellis is today. Governor Beshear has directed flags at all state office buildings to be lowered to half-staff. We'll have more coming up at 5:30 and 6:30 on Sunrise.

Boy's Body Found

It's a tragic end to the story of a little boy reported missing at Lake Barkley.  A dive team recovered his body.  We'll have more on this story at 6:15. 

Ricin Letters

Also coming up at 5:30 and 6:30: Ricin tainted letters are sent to Mayor Michael Bloomberg in New York and his gun control group in Washington D.C.

Traffic Alert

An Evansville road is closed due to a water main break on the west side. If you normally take Hogue Road on your morning commute, you'll need to find an alternate route.
