Henderson County Sheriff's Office arrested two teens on several drug charges early Saturday morning.

Around 2:00 a.m., deputies stopped a vehicle driven by 18-year-old Christopher Courtney, of Sebree, at the intersection of Watson Lane and Highway 41 North. Courtney and passenger, 18-year-old Rachel Amos of Evansville, consented to a search of the vehicle.

Deputies say they found items needed to make methamphetamines and a large amount of substance believed to be meth. Authorities also located a hand gun and several rounds of ammunition.

Courtney was arrested on charges of manufacturing meth, possession of a controlled substance, carrying a concealed weapon, and careless driving.

Amos was arrested for manufacturing meth and possession of a controlled substance. Both are lodged at the Henderson County Detention Center.
