The Memorial Day weekend is upon us, and boaters will be hitting the water. But as you're letting loose, there are some rules of the water you should be aware of. Nicole will be live with information that could keep you from getting what's a called a "BUI."

A few scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms today but nothing severe The weather will be dry, cooler and brighter as we head into the Memorial Day weekend. Highs will stay in the low to middle 70s and lows will drop back into the mid to upper 40s at night. Byron has the details on Sunrise.
The first of the funerals is scheduled today following the deadly tornado in Moore, Oklahoma. It will be for 9-year-old Antonia Candelaria, one of seven children who died at a destroyed elementary school. Moore Mayor Glenn Lewis says he'll propose an ordinance to require all new homes to have storm shelters. President Barack Obama travels to Moore on Sunday.
