Oklahoma Tornado Disaster

Entire neighborhoods are flattened in Moore, Oklahoma, where a powerful tornado struck yesterday. At least 91 people, including 20 children, were killed in the Oklahoma City area, and officials expect the death toll to rise. We'll have the latest on Sunrise.

Severe Weather Possible Here

The Storm Prediction Center has the area in a slight risk for severe weather.  The thunderstorm/tornado threat weather exits by Wednesday afternoon. Cooler and drier weather for the remainder of the week into the first half of the Memorial Day weekend.
 
 
Blue Bridge Fatality
 
A man injured while working on the Blue Bridge in Owensboro Monday evening has died.The Daviess County Coroner has confirmed that the worker has died as a result of the injuries he suffered while working on the bridge. an autopsy is set for this morning.
 

Smoke Free Pregnancies

You may know that Indiana is among the states with highest smoking rates, but did you know that the number of women smoking while pregnant is also high? "Smokefree Communities" is hosting a workshop this morning that they are hoping will help bring that number down.  Nicole is live with the details.
