High pressure sets us up with sunshine

Good morning!  After a very cold start in many areas, we're shaping up nicely as we head towards late morning.  A ridge of high pressure will keep sunshine in the forecast Tuesday, and temperatures will warm up nicely today into the mid 70s Upstate, lower 70s for the mountains.  A few passing clouds will move over the mountains later this afternoon, but no rain is expected.  Overnight lows tonight will be about 10-15° warmer than Monday night, keeping things a bit more comfortable.  Sunny skies stick around Wednesday, with potentially the warmest air of the year settling over the Upstate in the afternoon, highs reaching the mid to upper 80s, upper 70s in the mountains.  Passing afternoon clouds will roll through, but once again we don't expect rain.  Partly cloudy skies return Thursday, and though most of the day should remain dry, an isolated shower or storm could develop later in the afternoon/evening.  Highs Thursday remain warm in the low to mid 80s.  Friday we repeat Thursday, with partly cloudy skies, a chance for an isolated storm, and highs in the low to mid 80s.
