HARRISBURG, IL (KFVS) -

Dog owners are invited to spend a few hours in Harrisburg by bringing their dogs to a "Fun Dog Show" on Saturday May 18.

The show is sponsored by Clovers & Cloverettes 4-H Club.

The Fun Dog Show will be held at 1 p.m. on the TSC (Tractor Supply Company) parking lot located on Route 45 in Harrisburg, located next to Ponderosa.

All dogs entered will receive a prize and trophies will be awarded for winners in the following divisions:  smallest dog, largest dog, best dressed dog, best trick, cutest dog and ugliest dog.

Entry fee is $3.00 per division and the club asks that all dogs be leashed and friendly.

This fun dog contest is open to participants of any age or any town and participants do not have to be involved in the 4-H program to take part.

Clovers & Cloverettes 4-H club is very active in community service projects monthly and funds raised will go back to their monthly projects to give back.

Pre-registration for the show is not necessary and registration will begin at 12:30 the day of the show.

For any questions you can contact the 4-H club leader at 618-926-3062.
