BOWLING GREEN, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A North Baltimore woman accused of lying about having cancer was back in front of a judge Friday.

She decided not to take a plea deal. Her trial will begin in July.

Police say Kimberlie Gustwiller faked having the disease in order to receive financial support from the community. A website was created where people could donate money to Gustwiller. The community took action after hearing she had been diagnosed for a second time.
