Happening this weekend in Kentucky, the semi-annual Highway 54 Yard Sale.
It stretches from Leitchfield all the way to Owensboro.
The event's designed to encourage tourism in small towns and give them a bit of an economic boost.
If you're driving along Highway 54, you might notice several that spring up in different locations.
Even though everything starts Thursday, there are no set times for the yard sales.
Some businesses and restaurants use this weekend to run a sale or hold another special event to bring in more customers and more money for the local economy.
One of the most popular spots for vendors is Thrifty Bargain Supply in Fordsville.
Charles Mattingly's daughter, Connie, organizes the Highway 54 yard sale and he says this weekend's about showing off what small towns offer.
"Having a lot of fun and brings other folks from outside to our community," said Mattingly's. "Lets them see the bright spot of Fordsville and other areas between Leitchfield and Owensboro. Everything don't happen in Owensboro or Leitchfield," he said. "Some of it happens here in good old downtown Fordsville."
The yard sale will take place again in September.
