The search has come to an end for a Mid-Michigan native who went missing on the west side of the state.
WWMT in Kalamazoo reports that the body pulled from the Kalamazoo Lake has been positively identified as 25-year-old Jeffrey Woodruff.
WZZM reports a Michigan State Police dive team recovered Woodruff's body Tuesday afternoon.
Woodruff was last seen Saturday night after leaving a bar in Saugatuck. He was born in the Pinconning area, but was living in Saugatuck. Searchers found his phone has been found in a park, but there was no sign of him.
Police have not determined how Woodruff ended up in the lake. An autopsy is planned for Wednesday. WZZM reports authorities do not suspect foul play in Woodruff's death.
