It's not too late to get involved with a huge community service project happening on Saturday in Evansville.
14 News is proud to be a sponsor of the brand new Youth Talkin' Trash Litter clean-up event.
More than 700 people have already signed up and if you'd like to join, just come to the Downtown YMCA Saturday morning. The clean up begins at 9:00 A.M., and in case of rain there are alternate indoor service activites if you don't want to be out in the bad weather.
Afterwards, everyone is welcomed for a day of fun at the YMCA. There will be a youth recognition program, lunch, and lots of activities for Healthy Kids Day.
And the best part: It's FREE!
At 1:30 P.M., they'll be trying to break the record for the largest youth Zumba class, so bring the kids.
Kids can register to win prizes like Beats Headphones and a Nintendo DSi.
