Bill could put the brakes on road projects

Good Evening –

You might say – there was a list of road projects a mile long in Vanderburgh County, but a new highway funding bill threatens to put them on hold.  We'll show you where things stand now.

Then, the Justice Department is getting in on the lawsuit against cyclist Lance Armstrong… saying he was "unjustly enriched" while cheating to win the Tour de France.  The Postal Service paid $40 million to be his title sponsor.

And remember the Mississippi man – swarmed by federal officials and arrested on suspicion of sending Ricin-laced letters to Washington?  He walked free today – charges dropped.  We'll have the latest on the investigation, coming up at ten.
