Several Webster Co. roads closed due to high water

WEBSTER CO., KY (WFIE) - As Thursday night's severe weather moves out of the area, several Webster County roads are closed due to high water.

State Route 132 from Dixon into Clay is closed from Nat Taylor Road to State Route 857.

270 West is closed at the Dotiki Mine entrance.

In Slaughters, the intersection of State Route 138 and 120 is closed right off of Highway 41 north.

Officials say they aren't sure when those will open back up.

Webster County was one of the areas that got hit with high winds last night, but dispatchers say they haven't gotten any reports of damage, injuries, or downed power lines.

Of course, as we start to get some sunlight and more people start to head out on the roads, this could change.

We'll continue to keep you updated with any new reports.
