Tonight at 10: Victim speaks out 'Stop the violence'

A disturbing trend in Evansville: gun violence.  Several shootings in recent days including shots fired into a home overnight.  We hear from a victim who's still recovering one year after a bullet went thru his neck and spine. It's a compelling message to stop the violence.
