Evansville Police have arrested two men for their alleged involvement in a home invasion robbery at 1132 Bayard Park Dr. early Friday morning.

Police say they found 21-year-old Andrew Lee Barnett and 39-year-old Terry Terell Adams Sr. shortly after they fled the scene.

The victim told investigators he had lived with the two suspects at one point, but now lives at a different home.

Just after midnight two suspects entered the victim's home uninvited and demanded money they felt they were owed.

Police say Adams displayed a knife and demanded the money or the victim's television. Adams wife had come to the home with him and she reportedly took the knife away from him.

The dispute continued and all of the involved parties went outside. The victim told investigators that Barnett showed a handgun and tried to strike him with it. Adams and Barnett then fled in a car.

An officer responding to the call saw the car on Washington near Kentucky.

Officer found a handgun on the ground where Barnett ran. Adams was arrested during the car stop.
