Multiple road closures in northern Vanderburgh Co. for marathon on Saturday

Several roads will be closed Saturday morning in Northern Vanderburgh County for the 4th Annual Southern Indiana Classic Marathon.

The race starts at 7:00 a.m. at the 4H Center.

The Sheriff's Department will start shutting down roads in the area at 6:30 a.m..

    A new temple that preaches inclusion and equality held it's grand opening in Evansville. The Evansville Gurdwara is a temple for Sikhs to pray and reflect while also serving the community. The temple opened it's doors in August. Today's grand opening falls on a special day in Sikhism that commemorates the start of the religion.
