The Soaring Eagle Casino could be adding an online component to its entertainment options.
The Morning Sun of Mount Pleasant reports Aristocrat Technologies Inc. says it will develop a new online casino site for the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe's casino. Aristrocrat Technologies already provides the Soaring Eagle's casino management system.
The site is billed as a "play for fun" casino, and it's not clear whether visitors to the site will be able to place real wagers at first. Aristocrat Technologies says the site will offer virtual versions of electronic games as well as some versions of table games.
The tribe has the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort in the Mount Pleasant area.
